What you will do

• Support manufacturing processes from an electrical engineering perspective.
• Participate in launching new products on production lines.
• Supervise and maintain automation tools, including PLC, HMI, Servo controllers, and frequency converters.
• Program 2D readers, cameras, and AOI systems, while supporting selective soldering technology.
• Supervise electrical and functional test equipment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and production traceability systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal preferred) and robot programming.
• Proven experience in PCBA production and manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of camera programming (Cognex, Keyence), AOI/SPI systems, and soldering technologies.
• Understanding of inverter operation, high/low voltage electronics, and power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET).
• Experience with PCB manufacturing processes such as reflow, wave, and selective soldering.
• Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 / IATF standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with failure analysis and root cause analysis (5Why, Ishikawa).
• Ability to create work instructions, test protocols, and measurement reports.
• Familiarity with ESD standards, laser marking, and dispensing technologies.
