What you will do

• Own the engineering vision, technical strategy, architecture, and execution for the Automation Hub platform.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to shape product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Lead a frontend-focused engineering organization building intuitive, performant, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance through design reviews, architectural decisions, prototyping, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing engineers while establishing a strong culture of quality, ownership, and execution.
• Expand AI-native development practices and use AI-powered tools to improve engineering velocity, product quality, experimentation, and developer productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building large-scale SaaS products.
• Experience leading engineering teams while maintaining strong technical credibility and delivering complex products from concept through production.
• Deep expertise in modern frontend development, including React, TypeScript, component architecture, state management, and modern web applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native development.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, Design, customers, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience leading engineering teams for enterprise SaaS platforms and customer-facing products with a strong focus on frontend architecture and user experience.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations during periods of rapid product growth.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
• Experience in collaborative product organizations where engineering helps define product direction.
