National Security Policy, Senior Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Support AI policy engagement with the National Security apparatus, Congress, and the Administration.
• Work with the Public Sector Business Unit on DoD, intelligence agency, funding, requirements, and defense-related programs.
• Contribute to policy strategy, priorities, workflow improvements, templates, and recurring internal playbooks.
• Prepare briefing materials, memos, talking points, and synthesized updates for senior leaders and external engagements.
• Track stakeholders, relationships, engagement follow-through, and a national security policy calendar and roadmap.
• Monitor policy, regulatory, legislative, budget, and national security developments for their business impact.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in defense policy, government, defense technology, or the broader defense industry.
• Experience supporting consensus-building through trade associations, standards bodies, or similar organizations.
• Experience supporting responses to rulemakings, requests for comment, or comparable policy processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical experience through research, technology policy, a technical government agency, or the technology sector.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
