ML Performance Benchmarking Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end telemetry systems for inference performance visibility.
• Architect and scale automation infrastructure for performance data generation and analysis.
• Analyze system behavior to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Core Platform teams to validate inference features for peak performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite or hybrid at Toronto office
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ programming.
• Experience building and scaling automated infrastructure.
• Strong skills in throughput and performance optimization in large-scale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience solving problems at the hardware-software intersection.
• Hands-on experience with AI workloads and architectures.
