Associate, Secondaries, Venture Growth Evergreen (Private Markets)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid schedule with four days in the office and flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

Base salary: USD 80,000–150,000 per year, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Source, underwrite, and execute growth and venture secondary investments for the Venture Growth Evergreen strategy.
• Build deal-level financial models and evaluate investment opportunities across LP transactions, GP-leds, and secondary directs.
• Conduct diligence, synthesize information, identify key investment drivers, and prepare investment memos and related materials.
• Manage multiple deals and diligence workstreams in a fast-paced investment process.
• Collaborate with Private Investments colleagues, management teams, and internal and external partners.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in secondary investing.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, research, diligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build financial models from scratch and identify the correct drivers.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional deal teams.
• Interest in secondaries investing, private markets, growth and venture businesses, wealth-oriented products, and evergreen funds.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience across LP, GP-led, and secondary direct transactions.
• Experience investing in growth and venture secondaries.
• CFA charter or progress toward the CFA charter.
