Manager Customer Solutions Architect (Data Integration)

Location: Remote from Ireland; office attendance is encouraged where possible, and optional customer travel is encouraged.

What you will do

• Lead Senior and Lead Customer Solutions Architects across NEMEA, DACH, France, and Benelux.
• Own expansion and retention outcomes across the enterprise customer portfolio, measured through iARR, NRR, and GRR.
• Develop CSA methodologies, operating discipline, portfolio planning, account coverage, and regional execution.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership to operate coordinated account teams.
• Coach senior technical individual contributors, manage career development plans, and support continued growth.
• Use CSA Cockpit, Account Intelligence Platform, LLMs, and agent-based tools to identify customer risks and support expansion.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles such as Customer Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Delivery Solutions Architecture.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, data integration, or related technical environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect technical engagement with measurable business outcomes.
• Technical familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, data integration technologies, and modern data stack tooling including dbt.
• Experience managing senior technical ICs and influencing Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Partners, and senior customers.
• Analytical, data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working across EMEA cultures, languages, and customer profiles.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Fivetran or dbt.
• Experience with Airbyte, Matillion, Stitch, Talend, Informatica, Coalesce, SQLMesh, or similar tools.
