Supply Chain Analyst - Capacity Planning (Data Center Operations): Developing capacity planning models and vendor cost analyses for global data center operations with an accent on space, power, server, and network resource forecasting. Focus on reconciling committed capacity with billed usage, building operational dashboards, and presenting recommendations for procurement and infrastructure strategy.

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work at Vila Mariana, São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain capacity planning models for data center space, power, servers, IP transit, and backbone connectivity.
  • Forecast utilization across the global data center portfolio and identify capacity constraints and expansion needs.
  • Analyze vendor proposals and quotes for colocation, network, and related infrastructure services.
  • Build cost-comparison models and provide data-driven recommendations for procurement decisions.
  • Prepare monthly and year-over-year reporting on costs, capacity, vendors, regions, and service categories.
  • Reconcile Finance and Operations data and present insights supporting vendor selection, cost optimization, and capacity planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, capacity planning, cost management, or financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Fluent Portuguese and professional-level English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with data center operations, network procurement, or telecom cost modeling, including IP transit, dark fiber, or backbone services.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and with SQL or other data tools.
  • Exposure to DCIM, NetBox, or infrastructure inventory systems.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to structure complex datasets into clear insights and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
