Manager, Finance

Location: Hybrid schedule in New York, with office attendance required at least four days per week; travel to Canada is required.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for a new initiative.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership on financial implications, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Track and analyze operational headcount, financial performance, and variances.
• Create management reports and presentations for routine and ad hoc needs.
• Own vendor setup and maintenance while improving finance processes and forecasting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data, build financial models, prioritize multiple assignments, and work under pressure.
• Ability to work in the New York hybrid office at least four days per week and travel to Canada.

Nice to have

• SAP BW/BPC experience.
• Experience improving financial processes and operational efficiencies.
