AI Ops Engineer - Professional Services (Python/Agentic AI): Building AI-powered workflows, agentic solutions, and automation for Professional Services implementation delivery with an accent on Python, LLM frameworks, RAG, governance, and workflow optimization. Focus on designing scalable AI tooling, reducing manual configuration and validation effort, coaching AI builders, and driving governed adoption across the organization.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, agentic solutions, and lightweight AI applications for Professional Services delivery.
- Translate implementation challenges into prioritized AI solutions and automate configuration, testing, and validation work.
- Monitor, test, document, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions under AI Operations governance.
- Help define the Professional Services AI roadmap and advise on delivery methodology and tooling.
- Coach PS AI Builders and provide training and hands-on support to accelerate AI adoption.
- Partner with AI Operations and architecture stakeholders on data, platform, and solution alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience building AI, automation, or technical implementation solutions.
- Strong Python skills for automation, APIs, and AI workflows.
- Experience with agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, n8n, Tines, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool use, and agent memory.
- SaaS industry experience is required, along with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders and follow documentation and governance standards.
Nice to have
- Professional Services or enterprise software implementation experience.
- Experience with configurable low-code/no-code platforms such as Lovable or Retool.
- Familiarity with CLM, LegalTech, enterprise B2B SaaS, Snowflake, or comparable cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI governance or experience working with centralized AI organizations.
- Experience in private equity-backed SaaS companies.
