Multinational Issuing Office Coordinator (Commercial Insurance)

Location: Mexico City; primarily office-based with in-person collaboration

What you will do

• Manage and oversee multinational insurance activities while meeting service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multinational operations and the global insurance network.
• Provide technical guidance on multinational programs, including reinsurance structures.
• Negotiate service fees with producing offices and use available tools to maintain fee discipline.
• Partner with product underwriters to review and update policy wordings.
• Work with multinational clients and brokers to ensure timely end-to-end service delivery, monitoring performance and escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency is required; an additional language is desirable.
• At least five years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in client servicing within a broker or insurance company.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational insurance programs and reinsurance structures.
• Experience working with multinational corporations, senior client personnel, and risk managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, customer service, negotiation, and broker relationship management skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
