What you will do

• Contribute to strategic portfolio reviews, renewal reporting, and forward-looking analyses for the Property Americas treaty portfolio.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify portfolio trends, risk concentrations, performance drivers, and emerging issues.
• Monitor actual versus expected loss ratios, accumulation usage against limits, and compliance with underwriting standards and terms.
• Track portfolio remediation and course-correction actions while embedding lessons learned.
• Provide decision support on referrals, exemptions, and escalations within assigned authority.
• Support underwriting governance frameworks, internal risk reviews, client discussions, and industry forums.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance, preferably in property underwriting or actuarial work.
• Ability to handle large datasets and strong Excel skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple cultures and functions.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
