What you will do

• Support the operations of the World Banana Forum’s Working Group 3 on Labour Rights.
• Contribute to initiatives promoting decent work, gender equality, and freedom of association across global banana supply chains.
• Support the implementation of work plans, projects, and activities.
• Prepare related reports and support the Banana Occupational Health and Safety Initiative.

Requirements

• Relevant expertise in decent work, labour rights, or occupational health and safety in banana or agricultural value chains.
• Ability to support project implementation and reporting.
• Commitment to integrity, professional conduct, respect, and transparency.
