Senior Director, Global Payroll (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead global payroll strategy and execution, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across all regions.
• Establish consistent global payroll policies, controls, governance, and operating procedures.
• Oversee payroll systems, data integrity, vendor relationships, and service delivery for a multi-country workforce.
• Drive process optimisation, automation, system enhancements, vendor rationalisation, and payroll transformation.
• Partner with People Capabilities, Finance, Legal, and Tax to manage risk, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, restructures, and other workforce changes.
• Build and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed global payroll team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading global payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed payroll teams in complex global organisations.
• Deep knowledge of global payroll processes, compliance, governance, controls, and risk management.
• Experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll models.
• Experience leading payroll system implementations, enhancements, or transformations, ideally with Workday, ADP, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Experience with ADP, Workday, or comparable payroll platforms.
• Experience supporting organisational change, acquisitions, and geographic expansion.
