TL;DR
AI Strategist (Enterprise AI): Deploying AI agents into customer operations by learning how work is actually performed, scoping deployments, measuring results, and translating field findings into product and engineering priorities with an accent on operational data, customer workflows, and AI fluency. Focus on building deployment strategies, prototyping with users, presenting results to executives, and identifying repeatable patterns for new product domains.
Location: London, on-site. Work in person five days a week from the Holborn office.

What you will do
- Embed with customer teams to understand how core operational work is performed, including undocumented workflows.
- Scope and run AI deployments from initial data collection through measured outcomes, starting with a focused process and expanding after proving value.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and build executive support for deployments.
- Translate field findings into actionable product and engineering priorities based on recurring customer patterns.
- Build and run demonstrations and present results and proposals to users, analysts, and C-suite executives.
- Identify patterns across deployments that reveal new domains for 's AI agents.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a deployment, solutions, or customer-facing product role at a high-growth technology company.
- Fluency with AI tools and a practical understanding of their strengths and limitations with messy, real-world inputs.
- Experience working independently in unstructured environments and owning outcomes.
- Ability to analyze messy operational data, structure unfamiliar problems, and communicate conclusions precisely.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish one-off customer requests from repeatable product patterns.
- Availability to work on-site in London five days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Jira, or similar operational systems.
- Experience combining deployment work with product thinking.
- Comfort using Python, SQL, or similar tools to work directly with data.
- Experience helping build a new product category.
