Mechanical/Thermal Engineering Intern (AI Hardware)

Location: On-site at the office in San Jose, California

What you will do

• Design and develop mechanical and thermal systems for high-power ASIC platforms.
• Support NPI prototyping and manufacturing fixture development.
• Develop liquid cooling technologies and rack-level systems.
• Work across mechanical and electrical engineering, from PCB-level systems to complete racks.
• Contribute to board design, high-speed interconnects, power delivery, and system integration.

Requirements

• Progress toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience building real mechanical systems, boards, or other hands-on projects.
• Knowledge of the board design cycle, high-speed interconnects, power delivery, and system integration.
• Availability for on-site work in San Jose, California.
