What you will do

• Design, develop, and lead improvements to the sandboxes product including agent integration and developer workflows.
• Investigate and resolve performance, correctness, and stability issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Drive reliability and performance of sandbox lifecycle management for AI agent workloads.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve architecture and technical strategy.
• Mentor engineers and lead design and code reviews.
• Engage with open source and agentic development communities.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address critical stability issues.
• Document work and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership on production systems at scale
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building developer tools, desktop applications, or runtime infrastructure
• Familiarity with agentic software development ecosystems and coding agents.
• Strong understanding of isolation and security boundaries in sandbox environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
