What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex features and APIs, from technical design to production.
• Ensure systems remain fast, reliable, and scalable at a global level.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to resolve technical problems.
• Prioritize quality and security through rigorous testing, monitoring, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor colleagues via code reviews and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience maintaining complex production systems or significant open-source contributions.
• Proficiency in Python (Django), Golang, Rust, or similar languages.
• Experience with UNIX-like systems, container runtimes, and orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, data structures, and algorithms.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or the USA.
• Must have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.
