Technical Recruiting Coordinator

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; fully in-office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate high volumes of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, including logistics and panel scheduling.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring pipelines moving.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Greenhouse ATS.
• Welcome onsite candidates and support HR administration, employee record-keeping, and People team operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS or a comparable system.
• Exceptional organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in San Mateo.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical hiring in engineering, robotics, hardware, or AI.
• Background in HR or People Operations.
