People Business Associate (Short-term)

Location: Roblox headquarters in San Mateo, California, United States; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday

What you will do

• Support managers and employees with HR process and policy questions.
• Guide managers through performance cases, accommodation requests, and employee-impacting reorganizations.
• Own elements of HR service delivery and improve operational processes.
• Build cross-functional relationships with People, Employee Relations, Legal, and People Analytics partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate sensitive information with clarity, empathy, and tact.
• Use HR systems and reporting tools to maintain data integrity, analyze trends, and inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting employees outside the United States is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, process optimization, data analysis, and communication skills.
