Investor Services Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Process investor transactions accurately within agreed timescales.
• Apply internal procedures, regulatory standards, and client service level agreements.
• Draft and respond to client emails and resolve queries with internal teams.
• Perform detailed checks to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.
• Manage workloads independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Junior-level profile; financial services experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Strong customer service experience in retail, a contact centre, or a similar environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and accuracy when handling repetitive tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
