Operations Intern (AI)

Location: On-site in San Jose, California, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Schedule interviews end-to-end and manage logistics for onsite interviews.
• Greet candidates onsite and support a seamless candidate experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates.
• Handle candidate travel and reimbursement processes.
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers on recruiting operations.
• Manage high-volume interview pipelines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and improve onboarding and reimbursement workflows.

Requirements

• Previous experience in calendaring, administration, customer service, or recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Ashby, G-Suite, Notion, Slack, or similar scheduling and collaboration tools.
• Plans to graduate between May 2026 and May 2027; new graduates may apply.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Jose office.
