Software Engineer, Fullstack (React/Node.js)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, 5 days per week, within walking distance of Caltrain

What you will do

• Design and implement core infrastructure components, including authentication systems, billing integrations, and service middleware.
• Architect and maintain scalable backend services alongside frontend interfaces for administration and monitoring.
• Create robust APIs and service interfaces connecting platform components while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Improve system architecture to enhance scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Build and maintain infrastructure supporting enterprise customer needs, including reliability and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong frontend development expertise with JavaScript, React, and user interface development.
• Backend development experience with Node.js and Python, including API design and database management.
• Experience with scalable application deployment using cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
