What you will do

• Build full-stack features for AI voice and chat products serving millions of daily conversations.
• Develop rich user experiences and backend services for designing, launching, and monitoring AI-powered conversations.
• Integrate automatic speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI model improvements.
• Refactor, optimize, debug, and monitor production systems while balancing latency, cost, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product and machine learning teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve systems using performance metrics and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-stack software engineering experience, preferably with SaaS, AI, or complex real-time systems.
• Experience owning and shipping maintainable solutions that scale to millions of users.
• Strong skills in TypeScript with React or a similar frontend framework, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience with automated, manual, and AI-assisted testing for systems being built.
• Familiarity with relational databases, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and production debugging skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust, LLM prompt engineering, Google Cloud services, or Kubernetes.
• Enthusiasm for AI, machine learning, and telephony.
