What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy experiments to improve user adoption and engagement for Forma.
• Develop early self-serve monetisation experiments and minimum viable features.
• Formulate hypotheses and execute high-velocity A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Marketing to identify growth bottlenecks.
• Analyze experiment results and user behavior data to guide technical and product decisions.
• Use AI tools and pragmatic engineering trade-offs to accelerate experiment delivery.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience across modern frontend frameworks, large-scale systems, and cloud computing.
• Experience with data-driven development, A/B testing methodologies, and iteration based on user behavior data.
• Interest in conversion optimization, user journey analysis, and measurable business impact.
• Comfort using modern AI tools across engineering, product, and design tasks.
• Strong product communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
