Senior Growth Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy experiments to improve user adoption, engagement, and early self-serve monetisation for Forma.
• Formulate hypotheses and run high-velocity A/B tests, building minimum viable features to validate ideas quickly.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Marketing to identify growth bottlenecks and develop solutions.
• Analyze experiment results and user behavior data to guide technical and product decisions.
• Make pragmatic engineering trade-offs that balance validation speed with implementation quality.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate engineering, product management, data analysis, and design work.

Requirements

• Experience with data-driven development, A/B testing methodologies, and iteration based on user behavior data.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, large-scale systems, and cloud computing.
• Interest in conversion optimization, user journey analysis, and measurable business impact.
• Comfort using modern AI tools across engineering, product, and design tasks.
• Strong product communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, commercial bias, autonomy, curiosity, and comfort with experimental code that may be discarded.
