Fullstack Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Oslo, Bergen, or anywhere in Norway. Hybrid work; some teams are co-located in Oslo and Bergen and expect regular office presence.

Salary: 850–980k NOK/year, plus employee shares.

hirify.global is an early-stage startup building an integrated healthcare platform for Norwegian citizens, clinicians, social workers, and municipal care providers.

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end features addressing clinical planning and healthcare delivery problems.
• Build and maintain aligned backend services and frontend applications.
• Develop functionality for patient portals, mobile applications, consent management, case handling, and care coordination.
• Contribute to complex planning, scheduling, optimisation, and routing solutions for healthcare services.
• Refactor systems based on user and peer feedback while defining practical engineering best practices.
• Own operational support for the services you build and contribute to product and technology strategy.

Requirements

• Experience building greenfield SaaS products as a fullstack engineer.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas and reasoning.
• Experience working in product-led startups with autonomous, cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working across PostgreSQL, C#/.NET, React, Next.js, and TypeScript, or the ability to learn adjacent technologies.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have

• Passion for or experience in healthcare.
• Experience with AI-assisted case handling or complex optimisation systems.
