Manufacturing Associate III (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a rotating schedule.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including CIP and SIP systems.
• Execute upstream production processes according to SOPs, cGMP, GDP, and safety requirements.
• Perform sampling, pH testing, conductivity testing, material movements, cleaning, and sanitization.
• Troubleshoot routine and non-routine equipment and process issues.
• Review batch records and logbooks and support deviation initiation and investigations.
• Train other associates and contribute to process and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of upstream bioprocessing experience.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing or a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, documentation practices, and process flow.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and support investigations.
• Strong communication, technical writing, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a science-related associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in the biotechnology industry.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
