Lead Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Conduct financial and business analysis, research, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Analyze financial reports, accounting records, statistical data, reserves, assets, and expenditures.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, reports, graphs, and charts using computer-based systems.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects, including data gathering, ad hoc reporting, findings, and calculations.
• Present financial results and trends to management and recommend ways to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with departments, affiliates, locations, divisions, and external agencies to resolve issues and deliver projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience and education.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Experience leading projects of varying size and complexity.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Strong written and oral communication, relationship-building, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure and communicate effectively with management.
