People Analytics & Systems Program Manager

What you will do

• Drive the People Systems and Analytics roadmap across Workday, Microsoft Fabric, ServiceNow, Culture Amp, and connected tools.
• Design, maintain, and enhance Fabric dashboards and analytics for workforce planning, leadership reporting, and operational decisions.
• Establish data governance, ownership, standards, accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness across People processes.
• Manage global compliance programs and risk assessments covering GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and SOX.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and HRIS teams.
• Provide training, documentation, user support, and continuous process optimization to improve adoption and data quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems with hands-on Workday analytics expertise, including dashboards and embedded analytics.
• Experience delivering Workday enhancements and cross-functional system rollouts.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and delivering actionable insights.
• Project management experience handling multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Experience applying AI-enabled analytics and automation in HR systems to improve insights, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with ServiceNow and Culture Amp.
• Workday and/or data privacy certifications.
