TL;DR
Registered Products Administrator (Financial Services): Processing RESP withdrawals and transfers, coordinating ESDC grant files, and reconciling monthly grant payments for registered investment products with an accent on account administration, settlements, and financial services operations. Focus on reconciling transaction data, managing recurring registered-account events, and delivering accurate customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid role based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then at the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current Canadian work authorization is required.

Salary: CAD 26.00–30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Fidelity Clearing Canada provides trade execution, clearing, custody, and back-office support services to Canadian brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of U.S.-based firms.

What you will do

  • Process RESP withdrawals and transfer requests.
  • Coordinate the timing and generation of monthly ESDC grant files.
  • Reconcile monthly RESP grant payments from ESDC with internal systems.
  • Support administration of registered products, including RSP and TFSA contributions and deregistrations, RESP administration, RRIF/LIF payments, RRSP-to-RRIF rollovers, and pension plan unlocking.
  • Work independently and collaboratively while delivering accurate customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with non-registered accounts, including cash, margin, and joint accounts, as well as registered accounts such as RRSPs, TFSAs, and RESPs.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Current Canadian work authorization is required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of or experience in the brokerage industry.
  • Completion of or enrolment in a financial services industry program such as CSC.
  • Bilingual verbal and written communication in French and English.
