Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Home based in the UK, with occasional travel to the London office. Applicants must currently be based in the UK and hold the legal right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Own the Employer Experience product outcome, roadmap, prioritisation, backlog, and problem framing.
• Build and execute the Employer Experience roadmap with a newly forming engineering pod.
• Establish and own internal data and reporting products in partnership with the Data and Analytics function.
• Define service levels and success criteria for data accuracy, timeliness, availability, and adoption.
• Translate employer and internal stakeholder needs into product opportunities, requirements, user stories, and launch criteria.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding product and engineering team members, with Internal Experience becoming part of the remit later.

Requirements

• Prior ownership of internal data or reporting products in a data-PM, BI, or analytics-adjacent role.
• Product Management experience in a technology company or scale-up, including turning vision into a sequenced roadmap.
• Strong data and analytics capability, including defining data products and setting service levels.
• Experience working with newly formed teams or establishing a product practice from the ground up.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and writing actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Comfort with ambiguity, resource constraints, senior stakeholder communication, and actively using AI tooling.
