Solutions Architect (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, London, New York, or Stockholm

Salary: $200,000–$280,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is building an infrastructure platform for modern AI workloads, including serverless infrastructure for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Own technical strategy for large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to guide high-value opportunities from qualification through close.
• Lead technical discovery across platform, ML, DevOps, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Architect migration strategies from AWS, GCP, and Azure to hirify.global’s serverless infrastructure.
• Design and oversee proof-of-concepts demonstrating production-grade scalability and performance.
• Lead executive technical conversations, coordinate cross-functional account teams, and provide structured feedback to the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or enterprise-facing technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, or developer platforms.
• Experience driving complex enterprise sales cycles, including $250K+ ACV opportunities.
• Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure, including compute, networking, storage, and managed services.
• Strong understanding of containers, orchestration, distributed systems, production data platforms, and cloud migration.
• Working knowledge of ML/AI infrastructure, including training pipelines, inference systems, GPU workloads, and MLOps.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD systems, Python, executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and enterprise procurement.

• Experience working with large Bay Area technology companies or global enterprises.
• Experience with $1M+ ARR enterprise accounts.
