What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, software, and perception issues across a large robot fleet.
• Collaborate with AI and robotics engineers and operations managers to identify recurring issues and improve robot serviceability.
• Perform CAD design, prototype fabrication, and robotic hardware assembly.
• Improve embedded control systems and implement electromechanical and perception systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and testing for sensors, edge-compute devices, and control systems.
• Build Looker and Tableau dashboards, develop Python automation scripts in Linux, and maintain detailed repair records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
• Proficiency in CAD design and prototype fabrication.
• Familiarity with embedded control systems, perception technologies, and electromechanical components.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting large robot fleets or complex automated systems.
