Head of Product (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $235,000–$352,000 annual base pay, plus performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s company-level product strategy and roadmap for the hirify.global Driver and commercialization products.
• Translate customer and partner technical, operational, and commercial needs into product requirements and technical priorities.
• Partner with Autonomy, Systems, Infrastructure, Data, Operations, Program Management, Business Development, and Legal teams.
• Shape commercialization plans across customers, markets, geographies, operating domains, and vehicle platforms.
• Represent product strategy and technical and commercial tradeoffs to executives and external partners.
• Establish product operating practices for requirements definition, roadmap decisions, tradeoffs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology, product management, engineering, or related technical product leadership roles.
• 10+ years of product management experience with complex technical products and 5+ years leading product teams or organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with complex technical domains such as AI/ML systems, robotics, autonomy, infrastructure, enterprise platforms, or physical-world systems.
• Experience translating customer, partner, or market requirements into product strategy, technical requirements, and roadmaps.
• Experience building and developing strong product teams and operating in high-growth or ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, AI/ML, mapping, simulation, fleet operations, logistics, mobility, or other safety-critical systems.
• Experience commercializing technical platforms through external partnerships, enterprise customers, or ecosystem partners.
• Strong understanding of scalability, deployment readiness, customer adoption, and business outcomes.
