Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end across a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.
• Design and run A/B tests, AI evaluations, and other experiments to measure feature impact and guide iteration.
• Build and integrate AI infrastructure components for production-level LLM inference.
• Optimize AI systems for performance and reliability and scale features into production-ready solutions.
• Track emerging AI research, techniques, and tools while collaborating with leaders and designers during feature development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with high-traffic production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and React.
• Hands-on production experience building AI features such as RAG systems, AI agents, or LLM-powered tools.
• Experience designing experiments, measuring results, and iterating quickly.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining code quality and user experience.
• English proficiency at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 is required.
