Salary: $180,000–$220,000 for most US candidates; $215,000–$260,000 for candidates in California, New York, and Washington; $260,000–$310,000 for candidates in Canada.

What you will do

• Design, build, ship, and maintain full-stack features for file uploads, knowledge bases, agent skills, integrations, and enterprise data synchronization.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through testing, launch, and iteration.
• Develop minimal, secure, and performant code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment constraints.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to validate requirements and prototype solutions.
• Improve engineering practices through architecture patterns, testing discipline, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Use AI in development while maintaining accountability for production quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Production experience shipping full-stack applications with Python and React.
• Strong coding skills and the ability to work confidently across frontend and backend layers.
• Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications at large scale.
• Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Product-oriented thinking, strong user experience judgment, and experience owning features through impact measurement.

Nice to have

• Experience working on secure enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with agent extensibility frameworks, third-party integrations, or enterprise data connectors.
