Location: Hybrid in London, based at London Bridge with one day per week in the office.

What you will do

• Run asynchronous TRT consultations by reviewing medical questionnaires, blood results, and clinical histories.
• Monitor urgent and emergency clinical channels, triage patient queries, and escalate cases when appropriate.
• Prescribe personalised treatment plans, request investigations, and refer patients to other healthcare professionals.
• Provide sick cover and medicines information to patients, prescribers, and clinical staff.
• Identify workflow friction and contribute to projects involving triage, tooling, standard operating procedures, and process efficiency.
• Support clinical governance, audits, quality improvement, and collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Medical Doctor registered with the GMC and holding a licence to practise in the UK.
• Interest in both clinical care and the operational side of a digital health service.
• Structured, project-oriented approach with the ability to manage improvement initiatives and measure their impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across clinical and business functions.
• Patient-centred approach with continuous attention to clinical and regulatory considerations.

Nice to have

• Experience in private healthcare, commercial environments, digital consulting, or online prescribing.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up.
• Clinical interest in endocrinology, hormone health, men's health, weight loss, mental health, or lifestyle medicine.
• Experience in men's health or TRT; training and induction are provided.
