eClinical Coordinator (Clinical Research)

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; office-based with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Support multiple clinical trial projects as part of the Data Management team.
• Work with vendors to ensure patient forms meet electronic requirements.
• Partner with sponsors to define application requirements for individual studies.
• Create and maintain metric reports and study-specific documentation.
• Assist clinical database programmers with application configuration and testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues with clinical sites and sponsors and report compliance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Mathematics.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Solid written and spoken English communication skills required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or contract research organization setting preferred.
• Ability to work from the Central London office is required; occasional work from home may be available after training for eligible positions.
