What you will do

• Lead medical and scientific strategy for psychiatry-focused clinical study opportunities, including proposals and bid defense meetings.
• Provide expert psychiatry input on clinical development programs for internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study design, protocol development, and patient recruitment strategies.
• Contribute strategic medical and scientific expertise to psychiatry-related consulting projects.
• Represent hirify.global as a psychiatry and neurology subject matter expert in marketing and scientific engagement activities.

Requirements

• MD with board certification in psychiatry.
• At least 3–5 years of clinical practice experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, including 5 or more years in clinical development, preferably within a sponsor organization.
• Expert knowledge of psychiatry drug development and GCP regulations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and commitment to industry ethics and scientific standards; ability to travel up to 50%.
