TRT Doctor & Operations Associate (Men's Health)

Location: Hybrid in London, with one day per week in the London Bridge office.

What you will do

• Review TRT patient questionnaires, blood results, and clinical histories through asynchronous consultations.
• Prescribe personalised treatment plans, request investigations, and refer patients when clinically appropriate.
• Monitor urgent and emergency clinical channels, triage patient queries, and provide sick cover for the clinical team.
• Identify workflow friction and lead or support projects involving triage, tooling, SOPs, and process efficiency.
• Evaluate new tools, services, and protocols before wider clinical implementation.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits, quality improvement, and collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Medical Doctor registered with the GMC and holding a licence to practise in the UK.
• Experience or strong interest in both clinical care and the operational side of a digital health service.
• Structured, project-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and measure improvement impact.
• Strong collaboration skills and a patient-centred approach informed by clinical and regulatory considerations.
• Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and openness to constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in private healthcare, commercial environments, digital consulting, or online prescribing.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up.
• Clinical interests in endocrinology, hormone health, men's health, weight loss, mental health, or lifestyle medicine.
• Experience in men's health or TRT; training and induction are provided.
