Salary: $144,500 - $170,000

Overview

The Data Scientist will optimize developer growth and performance marketing by analyzing large datasets and collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

What you will do

• Define and assess metrics for growth optimization
• Apply statistical models to understand developer behavior trends
• Develop attribution models and generate marketing insights
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Developer Experience teams
• Partner with Engineering to improve data quality
• Promote data-informed decision making culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or related field
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Looker, and data pipeline tools
• Experience in growth optimization for B2B2C businesses
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams

Nice to have

• Experience with DataBricks and BigQuery
• Experience with Google Analytics custom events
• Familiarity with crypto or blockchain technologies
• Familiarity with HTML and JS
• Startup experience
