Location: Remote (North America). Must have at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.

Salary: $160,000 – $225,000 (US base salary)

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of advanced analytics products to explore blockchain data, including DeFi services, stablecoins, and global regulations.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization of the AI and analytics product suite.
• Collaborate with GTM and Intelligence teams to translate customer challenges into actionable technical products.
• Develop complex statistical analysis, algorithms, and interactive visualizations for agencies such as the FBI, Secret Service, and Europol.
• Design algorithms to analyze complex cryptographic protocols and transactional data structures.
• Establish best practices and statistical rigor around data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Physics); advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and proficiency in Python.
• Proven experience building scalable internal data and analytics products from design to deployment.
• Must be based in North America with at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
• Applied AI fluency is a baseline expectation for the role.
