🔹Responsibilities
-Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from blockchain networks, internal databases, and third-party sources.
-Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business and product decisions.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
-Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
-Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
-Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to evaluate user behavior, platform performance, and market trends.
-Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.

🔹Requirements
-Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
-Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
-Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
-Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting best practices.
-Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
-Familiarity with Web3, blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, or cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
-Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and centralized/decentralized exchanges is highly desirable.
-Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus.
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
