Senior Spare Parts Coordinator (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage parts and consumables orders through the complete Order-to-Cash process, from order entry to payment receipt.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for order status, delivery schedules, pricing questions, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Escalate complex order, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer service issues.
• Prepare reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and customer or sales review meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, order management, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI is highly considered.
