Base salary: $100,000–$300,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Design, develop, configure, validate, and deploy software for robotic systems.
  • Integrate robotic software solutions into production environments.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and debug applications across hardware, software, and model layers.
  • Collaborate with ML and core robotics engineers to reproduce edge cases and convert field learnings into system improvements.
  • Analyze and improve robot algorithms, system performance, and scalability.
  • Build technical documentation, runbooks, monitoring tools, and performance evaluation tooling.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or higher degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics application development, systems integration, or field deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++.
  • Strong working knowledge of ROS or ROS2.
  • Experience with autonomous systems such as robotics, drones, autonomous vehicles, or industrial automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with AI and machine learning for robotic systems, vision systems, simulation tools, or sensor integration.
