Salary: $70,000β$300,000 annual

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end deployment, configuration, testing, and operation of autonomous systems in customer environments.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and systems-integration issues to maintain uptime and mission success.
- Gather and analyze field feedback, implement monitoring and diagnostic tools, and drive reliability improvements with product and engineering teams.
- Train and support customer operators, translate technical concepts into actionable workflows, and accelerate system adoption.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and AI research groups to deliver integrated solutions.
- Help develop scalable deployment practices and playbooks for future rollouts.
Requirements
- Masterβs degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2β3 years of software engineering or systems-integration experience in field robotics.
- Experience deploying complex technical systems in field environments.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, Git, and ROS.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across software, hardware, and networking layers.
Nice to have
- Experience operating or maintaining mission-critical systems in real-world environments.
- Experience with Jira, Wrike, Confluence, or similar program management tools.
- Experience working directly with customers in high-stakes, fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers as needed.
