What you will do

• Develop and prioritize backlogs, epics, projects, and technical initiatives in line with organizational and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Producers, Scrum Masters, Technical Directors, business stakeholders, and engineers.
• Define and refine technical requirements, epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams.
• Build and manage detailed product roadmaps and delivery timelines.
• Encourage engineering teams to deliver purposeful, innovative solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement across products and development processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical, product-focused, software engineering, QA, analyst, or comparable role.
• Experience with technical build and requirements engineering.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project execution.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar backlog-management tools and user-story writing.
• Understanding of relational SQL databases and normalization forms.
