Integrations Engineers (MarTech)

Location: Remote, SF Bay Area

Salary: $180K–$500K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrations with analytics, CRM, CDP, advertising, reporting, and workflow tools.
• Design public APIs and systems that expand the product ecosystem.
• Create setup systems that reduce customer time-to-launch.
• Build debugging tools for events, identity, data synchronization, and implementation issues.
• Improve reliability, monitoring, and observability across integrations.
• Work directly with customers on complex technical integrations and turn repeated implementation work into scalable product capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with the MarTech ecosystem and common growth tools.
• Strong debugging skills across web applications, APIs, data flows, and identity systems.
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize ambiguous roadmap needs and incoming requests.
• Experience using AI engineering tools to build, maintain, and validate integrations.
• High ownership, comfort working across many systems, and good product sense for developer experience and onboarding flows.
