Procurement Specialist

Location: Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes across multiple vendors.
• Develop sourcing strategies, build supplier relationships, and lead price negotiations.
• Structure agreements covering pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Monitor supply chain timelines, lead times, logistics, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate procurement activities as projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams while ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or project management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English knowledge.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and complex procurement processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments.
• Familiarity with contract management.
• Experience working with international vendors.
