Location: Farnborough, United Kingdom — on-site working required. The role follows rotational 12-hour shifts: two day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, two night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, followed by four days off. Candidates must be able to commute to the office within 60 minutes.

What you will do
- Manage incidents and service requests from initial triage through resolution, keeping customers updated.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders during service disruptions and high-priority incidents.
- Monitor customer services proactively and identify issues before they escalate.
- Lead or contribute to technical and incident review calls and maintain accurate operational records.
- Analyse incident trends and contribute to Continuous Improvement Plans and Service Improvement Plans.
- Support knowledge sharing, process improvement, and onboarding while meeting service levels and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience managing tickets, incidents, or escalations in a technical support, service desk, or operational environment.
- Strong customer focus, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, handle sensitive situations professionally, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Eligibility to obtain Secure Vetting (SC) clearance; British nationality is required.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
- Experience with service incident management, telecommunications technologies, Fixed Line Remedy systems, or ITIL 4 certification is advantageous.
