Clinical Lab Associate I-II, Accessioning

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; onsite laboratory work with scheduled weekend coverage as needed.

Salary: $20–$24/hour

What you will do

• Receive incoming packages and complete chain-of-custody handoffs.
• Unpack specimens and review sample quality and submission requirements.
• Accession specimens accurately and efficiently according to laboratory procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate records throughout the accessioning process.
• Collaborate with laboratory colleagues to support a compliant and efficient workflow.
• Provide scheduled weekend coverage and complete mission-critical tasks with high accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organization, systematic work habits, and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently in a regulated or process-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, learn new skills quickly, and adapt to new processes.
• Computer proficiency with standard software, office equipment, and technology.
